Sunrise Meditation

At the Chopra Center, we are taught to meditate for 30 minutes twice a day. Harvard's Dr Benson allows "mini's", meditation for short bursts any time of day. Try watching first for the 10 minutes of filming. Advance to listening eyes closed and don't let the sounds of nature or morrning background disturb you. If a sound comes up, accept it then let it go. Try to concentrate on breathing, observing your inhalation and exhalation. During exhale, repeat in your mind a word phrase or sound. When the video ends, you have just passed 10 minutes of mind stillness.
